  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.


Method Of Preparation:

In a bowl add the honey, butter, egg and sugar. Mix everything until smooth. If you want you can use a fouet. Then incorporate the wheat flour and oats and mix, notice that the dough is dense. Lightly bake for about 12 minutes. Expect to be served and served.





  • 1 can of coconut cream;
  • 3 packets of stevia;

Method Of Preparation:

Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix everything until the bananas are kneaded and incorporated into the ingredients. The dough should be soft textured. If you need to use an electric mixer instead of your hands. Turn the oven on at medium temperature. Separate a baking sheet and cover with non-stick or non-sticky paper. With a tablespoon, separate portions of the dough to form the biscuits. Give a distance of 1 cm between them. Sprinkle grated coconut on top and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.





  • 1 cup almond flour;
  • ⅓ cup of melted coconut oil;
  • ⅓ cup of cassava starch;
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
  • 1 teaspoon of soluble coffee;
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda;
  • ¼ cup honey;
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder.

Method Of Preparation:

Turn the oven on at medium temperature to preheat. Mix all the ingredients in a large pot, minus the coffee and cocoa. Stir until smooth. Separate the dough into two parts of the same size. Wrap one in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few minutes. In the other dough add the cocoa and coffee and mix until incorporated in the dough and do the same procedure to take to the freezer. Take out the freezer, open the vanilla dough on a flat surface with the help of a roll between two sheets of buttered paper to not stick.

Open the other mass of coffee and chocolate the same size and cover a dough in the other, roll up. Take it to the freezer for 10 minutes to gain firmness. Slice the size of 1 cm into the roll with a knife and arrange in a greased baking dish, bake for 12 minutes or until color is obtained. Expect to be served and served.
